Past week in exercise:
Mon: nothing
Tue: swim (mini, 1 - 1,2 km)
Wed: gym (shoulders, squats, abs)
Thu: gym (chest, triceps, abs)
Fri: nothing
Sat: gym (posterior everything)
Sun: 8,2 km run
Today: outdoor gym (chins, pushups, toes to bar). Had the gym all by myself at first, sooo nice!
