Fast session today which took over an hour, even though it was fast. It was fast because my plan was to make it fast. I suppose I rested a lot between sets since I'm still not 100% recovered from le evil virus.
- 6 x 10 dumbbell deltoid raises
- 6 x 10 shoulder press with dumbbells
- 3 x 10 shoulder press with barbell
- 3 x 10 bicep curls with barbell
- 2(3 x 10) bicep curls with dumbbells
- 5 x 7 toes to bar
